The Retreat is for like minded people seeking relaxtion, daily yoga, artistic & spiritual pursuits, and pampering all at once!. We will be staying in homely Ubud Aura Retreat Centre, right in the heart of town.
Ubud Aura Retreat Centre - This boutique and unique centre has accomodation in traditional style Balinese rooms. Based in the centre of town, everything is walking distance. The Retreat centre has a beautiful pool surrounded by gardens. There is a private yoga room for our morning practice and the Yoga Barn studio right next door for our extra classes and events.

Massage - Ubud Aura is associated with the Bodyworks Massage Centre, which is a beautiful spa set amongst Balinese gardens and waterfalls. Choose from a variety of healing methodologies including, deep tissue massage, relaxation therapy, therapeutic Massage, Acupuncture,
Reflexology, Cupping, Energy Balancing, Chakra Healing, and scrub and bath treatments..
Daily Itinerary
Sat -Day 1 – Group arrives Denpasar, tour escort to meet group for VIP customs clearance and taxi transfer to Ubud (approx 1.5hrs) Arrive check into Ubud Aura Retreat Centre, relax, swim, afternoon tea & orientation meeting, followed by sunset yoga/meditation class and group dinner in Ubud town centre.
Sun - Day 2 – Morning yoga/meditation class. Breakfast. Orientation walk of Ubud Town, visiting shops and markets. Lunch at the Buddha Cafe. Afternoon free pool time and/or massage at Bodyworks, Gentle Hatha yoga class at sunset. Evening dinner at local restaurant.
Mon - Day 3 - Morning yoga/meditation class, breakfast, excursion to Hindu temples and local villages. Lunch in village, back to hotel. Afternoon Bodyworks massage/treatment. Early dinner followed by evening visit to Ashram Munivara.
Tues - Day 4 - Morning yoga/mediation class. Breakfast. Balinese cooking class at the Casa Luna Restaurant. Afternoon free time or massage/treatment at Bodyworks. Evening visit to Balinese Spiritual Healer in local village. Dinner at local village restaurant.
Wed - Day 5 – Morning yoga/meditation, breakfast, free reading/swimming time, Lunch. Massage/treatment at Bodyworks, early dinner, evening visit to Ashram Munivara or Bodyworks Satsung.
Thu - Day 6 – Morning yoga/meditation, breakfast, psychic readings at hotel and or massage/treatment at Bodyworks. Lunch at “Kafe”. Afternoon Art Galley excursion. Special night of dinner & poetry reading at Bar Luna Café
Fri - Day 7 – Morning yoga/meditation, breakfast. Downhill village bike ride through Ubud rice paddies and villages. Lunch, afternoon massage/treatment at Bodyworks. Evening visit the “Yoga Barn” for movie and/or spiritual talks.
Sat - Day 8 - Morning yoga/meditation, breakfast, local painting class at art gallery. Lunch. Massage/treatment at Bodyworks, free time. Japanese dinner and cultural evening at “Mishi’s Japanese Retreat 10mins from hotel.
Sun - Day 9 - Morning yoga/meditation class, breakfast. Massage /spa treatments at Bodyworks. Lunch at Kafe. Afternoon FREE time. Evening dinner at local restaurant. Last evening satsang at Ashram Munivara or Bodyworks.
Mon - Day 10 – Morning yoga/meditation, breakfast. Fee time. Lunch, final Bodyworks massage. Free time to pack/shop. Approx 6pm departure to airport for flight back to Australia
