Booking Conditions

To book your trip you need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 AUD per person, if less than 60 days before departure date a non-refundable 25% deposit of total tour price is payable. Before booking on a tour ensure you have understood our terms and conditions downloaded at bottom of page.

Passport Details

Before Tiwari Tours & Travel can confirm your booking, you must supply us a copy of the front page of your current passport, email & phone address and any pre-existing medical conditions.

Payments can be made through Paypal for credit card (extra 2.5%) direct bank deposit, cheque or cash.

Documents

Tiwari Tours & Travel will provide all your documents and receipts on receipt of final payments.

Payments

Tiwari Tours & Travel accepts all forms of payments in AUD and Indian Rupees or a mix of both. International money transfers are also available.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is 100% compulsory for all Tiwari Tours & Travel travellers and must be taken out before travel. At a minimum your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability, with a minimum coverage of US$200,000. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance; you will not be able to join the trip without it. If you obtain travel insurance through Tiwari Tours & Travel you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the level of insurance we have arranged.

VISAS

INDIA

You also need to obrain a Indian 6 month tourist visa in Australia before you travel to India, otherwise you are unable to travel. These can be obtained on-line at http://www.vfs-in-au.net

NEPAL

These can be obtained at the Nepal consulate in Australia before you depart. They are also available on arrival the boarder in Nepal. You do not need to obtain a visa before you leave for Nepal

TIBET

Visas are available through a Chinese Travel Agent or Chinese Consulate

SRI LANKA

Visa are available on arrival in the country
